چکیده
This work describes the development of an HPLC-FLD methodology for separation five fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, norfloxacin and levofloxacin) followed by optimization DLLME process clean-up preconcentration enrofloxacin in samples seawater river water. The mobile phase used chromatographic consisted methanol: phosphate buffer (NaHPO4 H2O 0.04 M pH 3 with H3PO4 85%), gradient eluted at a ratio 20:80 (v:v). flow was maintained 1.2 mL min−1. For ultrasonic-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (UA-DLLME), following conditions were used: 8 sample adjusted to 8, extraction solvent: 500 μL chloroform, acetonitrile; vortexed sonicated 2 min, each. enrichment factor (EF) 54.7 recovery 70%, achieving limit detection (LOD) 0.11 µg L−1. Repeatability intermediate reproducibility presented values relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 2%. Finally, optimized method applied analysis water detected both concentration 0.20 L−1 0.12 seawater. However, tests performed evaluate matrices' effects on performance, recoveries 72 ± 6.1 27 8.3 These results demonstrate that hereby developed is only suitable low salinity content.

Spectrophotometric determination of iron species using ionic liquid ultrasound assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction
A simple and efficient method for speciation and determination of iron in different water samples was developed. The method is based on ionic liquid ultrasound assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (IL-USADLLME) followed by spectrophotometric determination. Fe(II) is complexed with 2,4,6-tri(2’-pyridyl)-l,3,5-triazine (TPTZ), neutralized through ion pair formation with sodium dodecy...

Extraction and determination of naproxen from human plasma were performed using Vortex-Assisted Inverted Dispersive Liquid-Liquid MicroExtraction (VA−IDLLME) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The parameters affecting extraction recovery such as type and volume of extraction and disperser solvents, pH of sample solution, stirring rate, extraction time and salt addition were ...

A simple, fast and effective pre-concentration method for the determination of Cu (copper) and Ni (nickel) was developed using a Surfactant Assisted Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction (SA-DLLME) coupled by UV-Vis spectrophotometry in marine brown algae. The complexing agent was 1- (2- pyridylazo) – 2 - naphthol (PAN).The effects of various experimental parameters in the extraction ste...
متن کاملEvaluation of Response Surface Methodology in Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction for Lead Determination Using Ionic Liquids
This paper describes a dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) procedure using room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry detection with microsample introduction system capable of quantifying trace amounts of lead. In the proposed approach, ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) was used as a chelating agent and 1-hexyl-3-methylimmidaz...
متن کاملSpectrophotometric Determination of Formaldehyde in Seawater Samples after In-situ Derivatization and Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction
In this paper, a simple dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction for the extraction and pre-concentration of formaldehyde in seawater samples followed with spectrophotometric is proposed. Formaldehyde was derivatized in situ with acetyl acetone in the presence of ammonium acetate in a single step. Then it was collected into a mixture of ethanol (disperser solvent) and chloroform (extracting...
